I have a issue with a company called Windsor which I had a contract with to tie in to the cities sewer line. It’s been two years now, and the company never tied in two lines from my kitchen to the sewer lines. I had to find this out on my own thru other contractors. The reason the issue never shown up is that the two open lines from the kitchen were still draining into the old septic system. Which is now filled and backing up. In the contract it stated that both of the lines were tied in. But I have now discover they were not. I contacted the company and they wanted me to get two estimates to get the job completed. So I did. They didn’t like the estimates and said they had a company that can do it. Now they have told me that they’re not going to do anything. This is clearly a breach of contract. The contract states tie in kitchen lines. Which we now know this is clearly not the truth.Business response

Windsor Rooter is not an active business and has not been for about 2 years. It appears the project described here is about 3 1/2 years old and involved unforeseen conditions which would have involved a change order to tie in the kitchen line. A change order was never executed.

My water line was replaced by Windsor Plumbing (a division of the Windsor companies) in December of 2020. Since the repair, whenever there is heavy rain, water is seeping through the foundation wall where the water line is. Windsor has attempted to fix the issue when they had a router/plumbing division. Since doing away with router/plumbing as a service they offer, they've sub contracted the work out. The issue still remains. I've called and emailed the contacts I am aware of the last month and no one has replied. I want this issue fixed and a guarantee to fix any additional work should water seep in after another heavy rain.Business response

Windsor requested photos from Mr ******* to be sent 11/8/21 of his deck and his leaks.
Windsor has a representative scheduled (weather permitting) week of 11/29 to remove deck boards, hydro excavate under the deck to the leak, make the repair, back fill, and re-apply existing deck material.
