Contractors did poor work. bad quality, did not finish jobs, had to have other contractors come out & do jobs or finish what he did notBusiness response

BBB placed a courtesy call to business and spoke to owner Emery Tetrault, who responded verbally. He said that the consumer's complaint was about laminate flooring. He did it twice himself and then hired someone to go out and refinish it. Consumer still was not happy w/ it and Emery reported it to the laminate co. and while waiting for a response from business, the consumer tore up the floor and had someone else install tile. They threw away the laminate which mfr needed to examine. Emery was going to refund flooring but did not because they threw half of it away. He gave the consumer granite in kitchen for free. He has been paid for everything but is not willing to refund anything to consumer for reason stated above.
