I hired Custom Countertops on 10/18/22. They subcontracted a separate company for additional work. Custom Countertops was to install new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. All of the cabinets arrived damaged. When I brought this to their attention, they came back with spray paint and wood filler. I explained I did not want spray painted cabinets and they needed to be replaced. They were to order some replacement parts for some of the damaged cabinets as well. None of these damaged cabinets should've been installed. I have since been unable to reach the business. I have emailed and sent Facebook messenger messages (as this was our primary point of contact). I now have a kitchen full of damaged cabinets. The total renovation costs is $23,580.25. $13,780.26 was to go to Custom Countertops. I have paid both deposits for the two companies this far. I have paid $6,890.13 to Custom Countertops and they did not fulfill their end of the agreement. I cannot reach them to come to a resolution. I was promised 2-3 weeks for the project and we are now on week 6. I now need to hire someone else to remove the damaged cabinets and install new ones.
