I first visited this practice on a recommendation but did not return after my visit. The practice area showed serious wear and tear of basics like flooring, one of the staff was using the waiting room restroom for some pretty severe gastric problem, and the atmosphere was generally chaotic. While I was being treated, the staff member treating me was repeatedly interrupted by other staff members telling them they had to come treat other patients. At one point, that staff member left entirely and a new one entered to continue where she left off. I was left repeatedly with quite a bit of hardware in my mouth while they worked out staffing and patient issues. Finally, after only two fillings and after two and a half hours, they finished and I left. I had decided not to return, but chalked it all up to the practice having a bad day. My claim was submitted to my insurance company and I heard nothing more from the practice (apart from a lot of advertising) until I received a letter from a debt collection company nine months later telling me I owed them $405.55. Having never received a **** or any other communication from the practice that there was anything owed, I find it deeply concerning that this was my first (and hopefully last) contact with them.
