There is one female employee at this location who is the rudest of the rudest to customers. I took a Queen size bedspread in for them to clean/launder for me. I live in an apt. & the washers available to me are not large enough to clean a Queen size bedspread. I am 78 years old & feel that I should be able to take laundry to them & pay for their service that is offered. She heard me telling a person there that I was getting it laundered because two of my great grandchildren got sick while playing in this *********** was cleaning the room from top to bottom. The employee having heard this very rudely said we will not clean your bedspread, we dont accept items when vomit is on them. I said to her that there is no vomit on my spread but I want it cleaned because the entire room smelled from the children being sick (on the floor is where it happened) & I was cleaning the room from top to bottom. Employee said then you bring it to me for me to get sick . I said to her what would you want me to do with this *************** said, do it yourself instead of involving me doing it. I was astounded by her rudeness. Then she didnt want to take my $100. **** for payment. I told her I had just been to my bank to cash a check & this is the money they gave ****** dont have enough to pay you in smaller bills.She finally took the ************* paid the **** with the help of another employee while all this clerk did was to rudely keep talking about my bedspread & complaining because I expected her to clean it for me. This is a service offered to *************** do pay a hefty price, by the pound, for cleaning. I wish I could contact the owner & tell him / her how very rude she was to s paying customer. No way to do business with customers !
