We ordered 6 new flags on 08/10/21, with our current Donatos logo, which is the logo we've had for the last 2-3 orders with them. When we went to put them up, we realized that the logo was wrong. It was our old one. On the invoice, it states "2019 new design delivered". This indicates that it should be our current logo. However, the ones that were sent had our logo from prior to 2018. Our maintenance person called them and they did not seem to care nor did they want to resolve the issue. This maintenance person asked for my help. I called 10/29/21. The person that answered, again, did not take any responsibility for the error and did not make ANY effort to research the issue. He commented that they "duplicated the last order we placed with them". But, this cannot be, because it is the wrong design. Our 12/28/20 order was correct. Apparently, they do not make any attempt to request approval of the design before printing the flags, otherwise, this situation would not have happened. Admiral Flags has been paid in full. We are merely asking that these 6 flags be replaced. NOTE: We have been a long time customer of theirs. This is very disappointing.Business response

This complaint should have never been sent to BBB. The customer simply never gave us an opportunity to respond to their request. Admiral did make an error on what custom flag was sent to Donato's and all parties are aware that we will provide the correct flag within the next 2 weeks or so - production time. I have requested from my contact at Donato's that someone from the company should notify BBB that this complaint was not in order. It should have never been placed to begin with.

We have been notified by Admiral Flag that they are now correcting the error. However, both our maintenance guy and I called them and they refused to correct the issue at that time and therefore we chose to go down this path. So, I don't agree that this complaint wasn't necessary, because it would not have been resolved had we not filed a formal complaint.
We are pleased that they are correcting the mistake as we've been a long time business partner. We would like to continue doing business with them in the future.
