Good evening, I would like to raise awareness of the fraudulent business practices of MnA Repairs and Maintenance. After committing to replace a lamppost in the condominium community on June 2, 2022. They received payment in full $1,246.34 to purchase the lamppost, but they never returned to install it. I would like to request a refund from Jay M***** of MnA Repairs and Maintenance in the amount of $1,246.34 on behalf of the ********* **** *********** ***********. To date they have still never communicated with the condo board.Customer response

Good morning,
In response to the communication from the bbb regarding the initiator of the complaint. Ms. Rochelle Smith is only the property manager for the Dorothy’s pond condominium complex. She primarily represents the community in daily maintenance operations.
However, I serve as the condo board president and can serve as a representative of the condo community as a whole. Please advise if any further clarification is needed.
