On 6/12/23 ORDER 40277 I spent over $1200 on floral arrangements that never arrived to this day. I have contacted the company 4 times notifying them that they have not arrived. When you look up the FEDEX Tracking number: ************ you can clearly see that the items did not arrive and have gotten lost somewhere. They will not cancel my order or refund me. This is the total that I have paid and I want a full refund immediately: Subtotal: $1,106.00 Shipping: $175.00 Total: $1,281.00Business response

MexicoOur international shipping policy is we do not pay import duties and taxes, as they are the customer's responsibility. This customer failed to respond to FedEx to pay the import taxes. The package has been tied up in customs since. We instructed FedEx to return the package to us, and once we get confirmation of the return, we will issue a full refund.

I am rejecting this response because:
They are holding me and my money hostage until they get the items back. They also said they will not refund me the shipping. I was never contacted by FEDEX.
