Suncraft built a screened in deck for us a few years ago and it is our favorite room in the house! We did not want a 3/4 seasons room; we wanted the feeling of being outside and it could not have turned out better. The crew was very good at their job and the construction actually took less time than the caulking and painting that I did after they were done. Jeff is pretty straight forward with things and I prefer that over constant bartering. I would rather just know "how much" and "what". The company and crew is not an overgrown franchise which has pluses and minuses. The only advice I would offer anyone would be to stay in tune and don't be afraid to ask questions and raise concerns. It helps everyone involved to bring stuff up ahead of time, rather than after the fact. In the end, I was impressed enough with the work on the deck/room, that I hired them to also construct a 260sqft addition just this past year. Suncraft performed the excavation, built the foundation, and raised the structure as a shell with interior studs. They worked very well with me to help me along as a homeowner that is performing all other tasks on a permit.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new sunroom and deck! The workers were efficient in every move that they took. They definitely knew what they were doing. My neighbors and I were so impressed with their workmanship and speed, start to finish. Amazing!!! Suncraft did an very nice job on my front porch re-do. Replaced a 1950's jalousie window mobile home porch with a 3 season sunroom. Timely install that went very well. Would recommend these guys to anyone.Suncraft Corporation, Inc. Response

Once again, we are beyond thrilled with Suncraft and our Screened Porch and Deck. Jeff B (owner) and his team built our first Screened Porch and 2 story deck at our previous house approximately 13 years ago, in 2010. We loved the design, quality, and were so pleased with the excellent customer service we received. A priority at our new house was to build a Screened Porch and Deck, similar in design to our previous one. Jeff B and his crew did not disappoint us. Jeff designed our porch, provided us with drawings, and a proposed timeline from start to finish. The cost was very reasonable and our "add-on" was appropriately priced. When questions arose, if Jeff was not available to talk, he returned the call promptly. The customer service staff at Suncraft were very polite and professional. The craftmanship of our porch and deck is excellent. Additionally, our porch and deck were completed in a timely manner. As stated, we are beyond thrilled with Suncraft, our porch, and deck. It's our second project with Suncraft Corporation. The owner, Jeff B******z is very knowledgeable. He helped us with design, gave a lot of advices. My wife and I contracted with Suncraft Corporation to construct a sunroom and composite deck. The project was completed in a timely manner ( 3/9/23 to 4/10/23). Suncraft did a quality job at a reasonable price. We have received compliments from neighbors, and the painter who is painting the interior of our new sunroom. Suncraft staff responded promptly to all concerns that we had. Oh my god…If I only did more research/ The owner Jeff whines horribly like my 2 year old grandson and constantly interrupted me, the customer, when I spoke. Final step… Today, after 2 emails sent during the week asking about gutters *with no reply*, I had no choice but to call. Office boy Jim whined…. that he called the gutter guy but hasn’t heard back. I hate whiners. I hate whiney men. I hate whiney men who look at contracts with more passion than the job. They expected $$$ at each step which I contractually provided YET I don’t get the same courtesy When it comes to communication. I have had a very stressful experience dealing with Suncraft. I understand that there have been issues getting products but my review is mainly about the rudeness I experienced with **** on 2 occassions. He seems angry when I asked about the warranty. In addition, the window panels on the doors keep falling out. There is also a panel on one window that keeps coming out. The guys who came out to install were very courteous, pleasant and seem to be hard working. **** is only concerned about getting final payment. There are a few companies locally who install these patio windows and some of my neighbors used " Sunscapes" and there's patio windows are better quality and GLASS. I made an error in assuming the lower windows would be glass because that is what Sunscapes provided to some of my neighbors- **** told me that no company puts in glass, only vinyl- this is my error for not asking enough questions.. But **** said " you need to read your contract". **** has been extremely rude to me. There are many in this development who will be putting in windows in their patios and I will be sure to put a review on TownSquare also, recommending not to use Suncraft Corporation.Suncraft Corporation, Inc.
