I recently sold my place to Central City Solutions, and it was the easiest, best real estate transaction ever. It was a very fair offer for my place and they closed on my schedule. **** and *** were the two I dealt with and they were a fantastic team. The company did everything that **** said they would do, they made it very easy for me to close, and they allowed me the time I needed to close on my new place and move. From the very start to the very end, everything went exactly as expected and committed. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

First, I would like to say thank you to the Central City Solutions Team. They were consummate professionals and made the selling of our home easier to carry out. This was not without hiccups; however, they always were transparent and forthright. Pros: Flexible Closing Respectable Offer Covered all associated costs Prompt Payment -- The major plus!!! Sent a notary to my local area Easy Cons: Multiple visits (Really only an issue due to tenants) As you see, I only had one concern, and it was remedied with a phone call, but they were understanding with regards to tenants we had in the home. I cannot recommend this company for everyone, but if you are trying to sell a home as is, and can be hands off, this is a company worth looking into. What really sold me, and eventually the home, was their valuation of the property even though it needed some upgrades and work done. I could have increased the value by completing those repairs, however this made it easier. I did not have to work with contractors, schedules, and loans to bring it up in value. I do not know that it would have been a dollar-for-dollar increase, and I was willing to sacrifice monetary gain, for peace of mind and simplicity. They were all very helpful at Central City Solutions. We wanted to move and sell our place as soon as possible. They always had very open communication and made sure I knew when things were being finalized. With us already having been moved to another state, they found a notary near us and walked us through everything to make it as smooth as possible.

Did not have an option to put 4.75 stars. **** and ******* were my points of contact for working with the company. They were both very thorough and provided the answers to all my questions in an extremely timely manner. Originally my paperwork was to be contingent on the purchase of a home and unexpectedly I found a home in another city, so we had an extremely tight deadline for contract to be signed closing to be completed. The only reason this is not a five star rating as I was advised that the money could be to me within 3 to 5 days of signing of the paperwork. After the paperwork was signed, there were additional people in the home doing inspections, and it took approximately 10 days for the closing of the home I was selling. and the funds were received one day prior to the closing of my new home. But they came through on time as promised for the closing of the new home. There is also an adjustment to the number of days I could remain in the house I sold from 30 to 14 days. Despite the funding time in the shortening of days, I was quite pleased working with the company. My home was well cared for, had maximum storage for the size of my home, what happened and maintenance was kept up throughout the time I owned the home and the price they bought my home for I felt was fair since I did not have closing cost, or have to deal with paying commissions to agent(s) and the house was sold as is and I knew the company was going to do updates on the home to bring it more modern for the next owner. I believe they were also able to provide me with a short closing time that I could not be guaranteed to have with other agency

***** ,from Central City Solutions called me regarding selling my rental condo! I asked him to send me some information regarding his company! When my renters were below 3, I was no longer making a profit! I called ***** and asked what I needed to do! I told him what I wanted for the property! He conversed with his boss and it was accepted immediately! They waited while everyone moved out! They allowed whatever was left , they would dispose of! We had a closing date of July 5th! They sent a notary in my area! I signed the papers in my home! They took care of closing costs! I actually had my money wired to my bank in a few hours! I would heartily recommend Central City Solutions and their expert personnel to help get your entire project underway! Thanks for helping me sell the condo so easily! **** was great to work with they loved my house and gave me all the time l needed to move out no high pressure the day we closed we got our check direct deposit to our account no problems at all they kept in touch the whole time but not overly obnoxious about it looking forward to seeing the house when it's done

The entire Central City Solutions team was great to work with when they bought my property. I had received phone calls almost every day from other ‘pushy, aggressive’ cold callers, but **** and his partners were different. They were flexible, timely and honest and were true to their word…even after the deal was closed. I would highly recommend CCS and would definitely use them again in the future if needed!
