2-14-23 took STNA course. I was there everyday & completed all the assignments. I received a final grade of 95%. After the course finished students & instructors were Bullying me. I left without getting my certificate due to the bullying. When I went to sign up for the state nursing assistant class I was told they dropped me from the program. I could not take the test because they failed me after I passed.

      ***************

We have attached letters and statements from students and staff in class with student making complaint.

Also attached is student policy agreement and where student signed for acknowledgement of. Part of STNA program per state laws students are required to finish all 75 hours of class to be eligible to state test including the last day of school. On this last day this student did not show up in uniform (which is part of requirements and listed in student policy which she signed and read.) However we continued to allow student to stay in class even though she should have been sent home per policy. The class in question the student continued to be rude to staff and students making remarking during finals. She told the instructor to “hurry up” she had some where to go. Student told  she had to stay to complete course hours. Student stood up and yelled vulgar remarks as she left. Student was also rude and as she stated “bullied” her own class mates and office staff, including instructors and receptionist.

Per state laws and regulations regardless of passing grade student did not graduate due to not completing 75 hours needed per state laws and regulations.

Although student was out of uniform per policy and was rude entire class schedule we went above and beyond giving student the grace and opportunity to pass she left because the instructor wound not hurry up and let them leave early. She was even pulled aside during class and asked what was wrong and if there was a reason for her rude remarks and nasty comments.

We did everything to help this student, like we do with all of  our students. We have 10 plus years of upstanding business within the community. We take pride in providing quality service and excellence  in all that we do.

I was in uniform every day except one day. The last day I was in uniform and others graduated without issue that were not in uniform. Others cheated on tests without issue. Nobody tried to work with me that is a lie. You’re being dishonest and scamming me out of my money. I completed every hour required of me, took the final exam, got my final grade of a 95% and I would have received my certificate had it not been for bullying. I was not rude at any point until the bullying began.

      Regards,
