      Arrived at the hotel and took a shower. Realized the tub was not draining even after opening the drain. Told employees about it and received a toilet plunger to unplug the shower ourselves. Maintenance did not come till 7AM the next morning to fix it. The tub was then left extremely dirty afterwards. Tub was cleaned at about 9:30. 4 people needed to shower, so I requested a late check out time. Hotel refused to give a late check out time and stated the tub drain was just not open. There is a video of us opening and closing the drain and it would not drain it. Attempted to get a partial or full refund for the room. They stated they would give a 20 percent coupon for the next visit. Extremely rude staff.

      You may reply to this e-mail with any documentation. We need a copy of any payment receipts for money you paid to Hertz along with a copy of the Hertz Rental Agreement. As for your Toyota Camry we need the theft report for the last time it was reported stolen along with a copy of an accident report if this resulted in any kind accident at the time

      The vehicle was stolen at the EMBASSY which was at the time a rental vehicle.
