Unfortunately Hedge Landscape did not work out for us. I had contracted their services in August for the upcoming winter season for snow removal and they never showed up during the snow fall we received just before Christmas this year. I was unable to get in touch with anyone at the company to explain why they did not show up. (You will never get a live person when calling) After calling, texting and emailing I finally got this response in an email: We apologize for not being able to service the banking location for snow removal on the most recent storm. An email was sent in November (I received no email") which must have been missed stating that we lost several locations near the bank which made servicing the location impossible." As we 100% take responsibility for the lack of service we unfortunately just can't take on the property for snow removal work as we don't have the resources to complete the work. Again, our apologies regarding this situation." So if you are thinking of having Hedge do your snow removal make sure your neighbor uses them or you will be disappointed when it snows. One of the most disappointing things is not one of the owners signed the email or reached out to apologize personally. What does that say about the company? Do Not ***************** for snow removal. I woke up to find a massive amount of snow from our street plowed directly into my driveway and in front of my mailbox blocking me in. I tried to use my snow blower to remove the massive pile shoved into my driveway but the amount was too deep and too wide and BROKE my snow blower. Apparently our HOA has tried to contact them about their POOR service but no one is answer the phone for the company. I will take my snow blower in to see if it can be repaired but if not I am expecting this company to buy me a new snow blower since I had to dig myself out of the mess THEY CREATED! I had to report to work this morning and I was late because of the mess they created. They could have plowed the snow to the center of the court or to the side of the street where there were not any cars parked but the driver chose to just shove it all in front of my driveway. My neighbor has the driver on video and pictures of this incident. I am furious. Do not hire this company they are not smart enough to do snow plow so why would you hire them to do anything else???

Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience our intention was to clear the snow and not to block anyone in. Understandably that would be very frustrating and we apologize again. We did have a newer driver clearing the snow in your area and they made an honest mistake. During large snowstorms, mistakes can happen after pushing snow for hours on end. During large snowstorms, all communications are handled via email with the account representative. If you have any issues in the future please reach out to your HOA president, so they can contact us through email, and we will remedy the situation as soon as possible.
