I came in too wash clothes put clothes in mega washer, clothes did not wash nor was the washing products applied. They will not refund my money or even give me another washer.Business response

To Whom it may concern
We talked to our employee and she said that there was hardly any clothes in the mega washer and that she saw her put the soap in and that she said that she heard and smelled the soap flushing. This machine is a 80lb brand new washing machine. The 80lb washer is supposed to be for 80lbs of clothes not what she has. So the water for her wash was most likely deluted and the clothes are what gives the adjatation for cleaning. When small loads are put in a large washer you dont get the proper adjatation. I have been a service tech for commercial laundry equipment for 35 years . There are different types of soaps also and the eco freindly soaps do not suds and therefore you dont see suds in the window. We were also notified and we gave the employee the ok to rewash her clothes if the customer didnt think they were clean,The customer refused. If the customer comes back in and wants to have a free wash in a proper sized machine we would gladly give that to her.

Friday, November 27, 2022 My normal laundromat was closed, I found myself at this laundry mat. After loading my clothes into their facility I went to get change at the quarter machine. The laundromat attended was laid up against the quarter machine and instructed me to place my money into the machine to receive a card.. I did placing $20 onto the card, I then gather my clothes and went to a washer to load them in I was greeted by the same attendant a second time to tell me this machine takes quarters only. I’m flabbergasted at this point I ask how do I get the money off the card to feed the machine she tells me there is no way and I have to use one of the other machines or spend more money to get quarters to use the newer machine.. I am upset because the OLDER machines have mold growing in the doors and I would prefer to use the newer that looks more sanitary.. even after using the disgusting machines that have been forced upon me the remaining of my money is still stuck on this card and I have no wishes to return to this laundromat.. Even if I visit a casino, at the end of my visit my cash that I did not spin is returned to me out of those tokens back into currency that can be spent ANY PLACE. this Hass to be against the law
