      I submitted my receipt (dated 6/22/24) to BYBE for a $13 rebate they offered on the purchase of qty 4 ****** ******* Vint wines. It has been 10 days and the rebate has not been paid. Per their FAQ, rebates and approval take up to 48 hours. I contacted BYBE on 7/1/24 at ******************* for a status and NO response. Requesting the $13 rebate.

      BBB unable to locate business
      I submitted my receipts on 4.28.2024. My receipts were denied. I tried to contact [email protected] , [email protected] and facebook bybe chat. But I haven't received any response. I purchased 4 packs of beer and was supposed to receive $20, which is $5 per pack. But my receipts were denied.

      I bought some alcohol beverages in March of 2024 and submitted my receipt to the bybe app to get cash back for buying certain products. I never received my cash back. I have literally sent like 20 emails with not response back. I would have not bought these products if I would have known I was not going to get cash back. So my advice is DON'T use the Bybe app. It's a SCAM!

      I uploaded my Kroger receipt on 3/22/24 for the $10.00 Lone River Ranch Rebate. This company rejected the receipt stating it was "not being a valid receipt". The receipt is valid and I met all of the terms for the offer. I have emailed this company 4 times regarding an explanation for the rejection and called them twice. They have not responded to any of my communication attempts. ****** **********

      On 11/3, I submitted a receipt for $5 credit for a 12-pack of Dos Equis from Walmart. I paid using Walmart Pay, which does not print out a physical receipt and only send you a digital receipt. I submitted this receipt to BYBE. BYBE denied the receipt since their terms say they do not accept digital receipts. On 11/13, I printed out the receipt and resubmitted it, for which BYBE marked the receipt as fraud. On 11/28, I submitted a paper receipt for $8 credit for (2) 6-packs of Heineken. This receipt was entirely valid. I had used Walmart Pay but had the cashier print out the physical receipt. BYBE denied the receipt as fraudulent. I resubmitted the printed out receipt on 12/7 and it was deemed as fraudulent as well. I resubmitted the original receipt with a note that this receipt was legitimate and that I would file complaints if they didn't credit it. That submission has disappeared from their app so now I am filing complaints. I was able to print out my Walmart Pay digital receipt on 2/8 and 3/24 and I submitted an entirely digital receipt on 3/19 and I was able to get credit. BYBE's support has gone downhill and there does not appear to be anyone capable of responding to my emails, phone calls, or social media messages. DO NOT USE THIS CORRUPT APP

      They refuse to respond to emails or voicemails about rebates that are way past due to me. I have contacted them 7 times in the last two weeks.
