They came in to cut away drywall to fix water damage in the wall and then replace it. However, they ended up cutting away the drywall and then leaving due to other issues. After they left, we found that we lost power in two rooms. An electrician came in and told us this company cut our electric wires and tried to cover it up by taping it back together. Before we knew they cut the electric, we had discussed them coming back to finish the job but we were expecting a new estimate which we never received so we definitely feel they knew they caused the issue in addition to finding the tape and the fact that we had power to those rooms before they came and didn’t after they left. They are now refusing to answer our calls after leaving multiple messages.Business response
