I fill like I'm being picked on because of my race. Now they are taking money out of a account I didn't set up

its actualy a 0 star Mutiple ada violations iv asked corppret to call me but nothing and now that i want to change my checking account im playing the game of we dont have the ssa ach showing and when i talked to a low level supivisor i get told we have it and when i talk to the money clearing department i get told we dont have it. i already talked to ssa and they told me that the sent it and it was up to chase if they want to clear early. but how can it clear early if they dont want to do there jobs by looking for it. know onto another violation i was on the phone and DUE TO MY AUTISM AND ANGZITY SOME TIME MY VOICE GOES LOADER WITH OUT ME KNOWING AND THAT DAY I SAID IM SORRY AND LET HERE KNOW ABOUT MY DISABILITYS AND SHE SAID AND I "I DONT CARE" like ok. told when i open my account that it was a account that i could get my money up to 2 days earlier and im finding out after 2 and 1/2 years that i was lied to when i opened my account and the account that i have does not give me access so i have to jump thro hoops to get it cleared so i can change banks

Since chase bank has taken over my loan from freedom mortgage in oct 2023, it has been a complete nightmare. I pay my home insurance and taxes seperately from my mortgage and have proven this to chase by bringing in my insurance policy and tax statements multiple times, yet they are still adding an escrow to my monthly mortgage. Chase has even sent me a letter that the "escrow" has been removed from my mortgage account but when I get a payment statement, it shows back up, adding an extra $192.00 on my mortgage payment.

I had previously filed a complaint and it's too much trouble to remove it. The complaint I filed was my mistake. I said it was Chase Bank and it wasn't. I apologize to them and their representatives for my being an ass. I have a card with Amazon through them and have no issues. So my sincere apologies to Chase and their representatives that I was so rude to.

The branch at **** ***** *** ***** ** ***** is horrible! The atm took $4100 and didn’t deposit to my account! You guys are making me wait 10 days to even get a real answer when i took CASH to YOUR bank branch and used YOUR ATM. My kid is now suspended from school because i can’t pay her tuition on time due to a problem that chase caused. I’m completed inconvenienced by this and I’m thinking of taking my business somewhere else!
