On 1/24/23 I purchased a bike from them and still have not received a title. All attempts to resolve this problem has failed. Both the bank and BMV have told me that the dealer is the problem. Dealership won't answer the phone or return my calls.Business response

This customer purchased a motorcycle from us on February 1 2023. At that time he was issued a 45 day temporary tag. which is the time the state of Ohio allows dealerships to transfer ownership to the new owner. This process was completed on March 10 2023 and I have attached the transfer details that was provided on the Ohio BMV website ***************************************************. We reached out to the customer and explained the timeline again and provided him the Fed Ex tracking number showing that his titling documents have been sent.Customer response
