28 Motorsports is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. I took a part for repair in mid 2020 for repairs. The staff there could not even do something as simple as pick up the phone to let me know there would be delays. Over one year later and I still do not have the original part I dropped off. I did however get another part I had given them for repairs and it could not have been any more messed up. I was able to get a refund but I am still out almost **** dollars in repairs for damage's directly caused by 28 motorsports. It looks like they took my part to the beach and tossed it in the sand. They also Re-used shims that were in some one else's bike. Either that or they lied about putting new ones in because the "new" ones have contact/heat marks on them from were they meet the valve and tappet. At no point did I give them permission to use pre owned parts, blast the paint off my part, or fill it with a 50/50 mixture of glass/sand and motor oil. Honestly stay away from these guys. No idea what kinda clown show there running over there but it for sure ain't no auto shop. (No actual clowns at the shop. No mechanics from my perspective either.)Update 9/15: One day after making this review and what a coincidence I get a text saying my part was in. So I call and now I feel as if its being held hostage because of this review. God love the American legal system. Damage's, Neglect, Breech of our original and second agreement, and the when the owner said there was a contract preventing me from making this review, it either became fraud or forgery because no such contract exist.Sound like a business you can trust? Take it from me there not. I have nothing but bad dealings with them so please do not make my mistake. Take it to a professional and get it done right the first time and on time.
