This company rates zero stars. Your first encounter will be with a very pleasant polite man who tells you everything you want to hear. Your experience next is with the movers who are not professional or experienced movers. I paid extra to have an expensive iMac packed to assure me that it would be safe on the truck. It was almost left behind. When reminded, the glass of the screen was covered with cardboard marked fragile. It was then carried down two flights of concrete stairs with two fingers to the truck. They added an additional 100 cu ft to the order which added $600. How they calculated 600 cu ft when the studio apartment was only 300 cu feet. Also a lot of things were left behind that will now have to replaced. There were other unplanned expenses added. The total amount being over $850 added to original estimate. Could be more when they finally deliver. Still waiting after three weeks since pick up. Their customer service can only offer apologies. You get the run around trying to talk to someone to voice a complaint. If you decide to go with them read over their contract very carefully. I naively gained a sense of trust from my experience with their professional specialist when I first booked the move. Unfortunately I had never had any prior experience in hiring a mover. I write this to issue a warning to anyone considering there services. Buyer be ****.
