We hired this company to more our 3-bedroom house. Many of our things were damaged. When they opened the truck at the new house, things literally fell out onto the street. They have not addressed any of the broken items or damage to our floors they caused. Half of our things were left behind in our old home, and the movers did not fulfill their promise to come back for a second trip. They did not even unload all of our things from the truck, and we had to spend time and gas driving to their next job to get the rest of our belongings. We are still missing at least one item - the arm rest cover to an antique sofa. They also damaged a 300-year old trunk. We had three beds and they mixed up all the pieces and did not even move one complete bed for us so we had nowhere to sleep our first night in our new home. When they attempted to overcharge us a ridiculously high amount, which included a 10 percent surcharge and a tip we did not agree to, they charged us anyway. They attempted to charge for nearly 7 hours, which they did not work for that long. I did not authorize the credit charge yet they charged it anyways. We were completely dissatisfied with the service provided, and our attempts to contact the company owner and laborers to remediate the issue have been consistently ignored.
