    most awful experience ever! i bought a car from here in 2022 and traded in for a 2025. my experience the second time was a disaster. the guy filled out my paperwork wrong and when i realized it needed fixed i called and called only getting the response of were selling other cars and were short staffed so we cant help you today i had to go in and talk to the manager in order to get all of my paperwork fixed, 3 weeks after buying the car and the finance guy admitted my paperwork had been sitting there with nothing being done to fix it even though they knew it needed fixed. another 2 weeks go by and my tags were expiring. i had to call countless times to get an answer and i had to go to the bmv to get new tags which was supposed to be refunded and wasnt. again i talked to the finance manager who said my paperwork had been sitting getting nothing done again. so i had to go back into the dealership for a 3rd time trying to get them to fix my paperwork. on top of that, i had to make 2 additional payments on my old car and lost out on an additional $100 in interest bc they clearly dont know how to do their jobs and dont care about you after they make their sale. all they could offer was a free oil change. they messed up my oil change christmas of *************************************************** downtown ******* highway traffic with no oil cause they used the wrong (gasket?) size on my car. so no im not gonna accept a free oil change cause yall maintenance guys dont know what theyre doing either. i love the car but i wish i went to another dealership.

    bought a brand new *** from here and was told to leave a good review for a free tank of gas. after i left my review i received nothing and the salesman, Dakota, ****** every call. i was told that the dealership would file my registration for me, a year later i get pulled over for failure to file registration i came up after i revived a ticket and the manager said he had NO records from when i bought my car and that he cant do anything. tried to cancel my warranty as well and the refused for 3 weeks until i had to come up in person and make someone do it.

    On 9/ 27 had a problem with my *** 2020 told leave car and would check problem within two days had to go get warrantee information from car dealer thought my car would be work on and problem dissolved have gotten no information on car being worked on and/or fixed its been about three weeks without loaner hard getting to work just would like to know how long when car will be ready its putting a strain on my job /personal livelihood. HELP

    This is my 5th. *** purchased from this car dealership. The salesperson **** told me his general manager had decided not to take my 2018 *** ******* on trade in. They stated to me to give the *** back to ************** as a surrender and take the 7-year hit on my credit. They also said with my income, I would not be garnished. On 7/6/2024 approved me for a lone again with ************** for a 2022 *** ********* This has been my 5 purchase of ***'s from this dealership. I do not want to take the hit on my credit for 7 years. I would like to have them to pay the balance of the 2018 off, take the *** ********* and refinance. So my payment will be lower. I would like to have a ********* *** ******* as I originally asked. I have an autistic son, and I must have transportation. I will also be working with other agencies to attempt to resolve this complaint. I have also documentation showing there was a recall on the 2018 engine. I wish someone would help me. I just want to be treated fairly as a loyal customer. This is very sad for a loyal customer to be treated as so. Thank you for your time, ****** *.

    I think this company is ripped off and they're rude and they do not respect people and their rights to have the finance car and they do not let you have any choice of your pick up any car either. They will not fix anything that you ask them to fix and if so, they will leave you out in the streets with nothing, and still have your money. I think that this company right here is no good. They have a car that they finance me that the engine went out in 3 months after I had called them went in there and asked them several times To check this car, they would not check the car now. I'm sitting here with 2 jobs. No car and probably get fired.

    I Have spoken to Mr. Ware about his response. We have given him a free rental to drive and we have gotten warranty to approve his engine that has blown. I have also explained his perception on not being able to pick his car. Because of the very deep subprime bank we had to go through most of the times we only have one or two cars that will work for the customer, the bank approval and the dealer. this is most of the time left up to the bank.

    I brought in my car for what I thought was a possible suspension problem. The dealer said I needed to replace suspension parts that would cost $1900. They submitted a warranty claim to *** but they denied it. By the way, the *** parts only cost $700 online. With labor this isn't more than a $1000 repair. I brought the car to a friend's performance shop. We inspected the suspension together only to find there is nothing wrong. The parts in question nearly looked brand new as the car was only 2 years old. No wonder *** denied the claim. We then found the issue was due to brakes that needed to be replaced and now the issue is solved. Overall there was never a suspension issue.But trying to price ***** and telling me to repair parts that don't need to be replaced is called fraud.

    I purchased my car about 4 months ago. My car has had problems ever since. My car has been at Capital kia for a month. I brought my car in for a scheduled appointment to be fixed on Thursday may 19th, 2022. I was told they would have to keep the car until Monday. I asked if they would be able to lend me a car until then, and I was told they have none available even after I explained that I lived 2 1/2 hours away. Despite finding a way home,the car was not done on Monday because they didn't even know what was wrong with the car.?? So once again they had to keep the car and didn't lend me a car to get home. My COMPLAINT is that my car has been there for a month since they figured out what the problem is. I have called almost everyday leaving voicemails with the advisor and service manager ******.and wouldn't return phone calls. The days that I got through to speaking with someone was hectic because no one knew when the car would be done and wouldn't give me a price. Finally I was told it would be round $600 and because I was quoted that they would honor that price no extra. With that being said, I ended up being charged $1500. with them saying that I was never quoted any different. The service department is Rude and unprofessional
