      Though my buying experience was quick and easy my follow-up story is not so good!! Within a month I started having problems with the car eventually I took the car back within 2 months of buying it and was told that I must have run over something , even though that never happened. I paid for repairs... I paid to replace the gas pump and several hours of Labor only to be told my car was fixed 100% no problem !! Went to pick up the car couldn't even drive it off of the lot had to leave the car there again. Now a week later again now I'm being called and told there's nothing they can do the damage is beyond their ability to repair it I literally just bought the car from them and they're not willing to do anything for me. I still have 4 years worth of payments on this car they sold me a lemon and now they won't even do anything. I can't even get them to return my calls. Apparently lemon laws only apply to new cars. I did unfortunately buy the car as is, but I had bought 6 other cars from them in the past and never had a problem until now. Needless to say they have lost a good customer which apparently they don't care about. I guess post pandemic, they can charge you any ridiculous price and sell you any old piece of crap.

      On August 5th, I purchased a used 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealership. I live out-of-state and purchased the car while passing through the state of OH because it seemed like a good deal. Low and behold less than 2 months later I went to get my car inspected in my home state of VT and was told by the state inspection center that all four of my tires were severely dry-rotted and would need to be replaced ASAP as it's a safety issue as well as to pass inspection. I'm 22 years old, I spent several years saving up for a new car, I spent months researching different cars and dealerships, and finally settled on this one. I trusted this dealership with the biggest purchase of my life and I'm incredibly disappointed that I'm already having to replace the tires on this car. I was told the car was looked over by "highly trained" Subaru technicians, who apparently missed this. I went the "dealership" route because I wanted to avoid issues like this and yet here we are. I am out of state so I can not come to the dealership but can provide proof of purchase and photo evidence of the tire issues. I would like to know what you can do to remedy this as I'm quite dissatisfied.

      Took advantage of my 81 year old father by doing work they never talked to him about or asked to do then charged for work. Wish I could give them (-) review. When confronted they said well now you have $300 credit with us. They don’t realize I’m not EVER going back to them. I hope everyone reads this and goes elsewhere. The way everyone is barely getting by and they do this to seniors on a fixed income. Horrible

      I towed my car to Germain on Jan 28 and then towed it again to ****** Hyundai on Mar 7. In that time did nothing to fix the problem for nearly 6 weeks they had it. First, they lost the keys for 10 days. Then they were supposed to break down the engine to the problem and it took them 3 times of having inspector coming from my extended warranty place. They kept making excuses and blaming the warranty company. Here's a good one, in order to show them one of the oil problems they CUT off the oil pan instead of unbolting it. They refused to rebuild the short block, they would only consider a new engine and the warranty said it didn't need that. When they were done with it they didn't put it back together, they threw all the parts in a box on the back, and then the undercarriage cover was tossed in the back seat. What a bunch of useless people. They cost the warranty company a lot of money for the 3 inspectors. They wasted 6 weeks of my life on this arrangement

      *** at the service center was so rude it was crazy, I left in tears. I bought my 2015 Hyundai ****** from ************************* and it is now having engine issues with burning oil. I was advised by ************************* to take it to any Hyundai dealership to have it serviced as I have a extended warranty on the vehicle. *** advised that he I would be financially responsible for everything because they do not work with any cars warranty unless it was purchased from their car lot which is not true lol. He also told me even if it is a manufacturer recall I would be responsible because my cars miles are over 60k. Stay away from this place they are nothing but rude, not helpful at all especially with you dealing with a car that is having issues that you pay for monthly.

      They basically sold me a lemon and know they did. I leased this car on August 8,2021, and literally 3 days after driving it started jerking badly. I find out from autozone it was my crankshaft sensor. So I take it to germain and let them test it. I mention what was told to me by autozone. They claim it was replaced and claimed to have found nothing wrong with it. So I leave and the car is still doing the same thing. It one day cuts off and I had to have it towed. I was misinformed by one of germains representatives. She informed me that I could take it to any hyundai dealership and they could fix it as long as they had a opening. I got it towed to ****** Hyundai, they found none wrong,but said it could possibly be my crankshaft. Took it back to germain and one servicemen decided to be snippy and say it was a preexisting issue. They knew something was wrong with the vehicle and claimed the didn't have the equipment to fix it ,as I have a jeep cherokee 2014. Again I took it to a different dealership this time ***** jeep. They are the only ones that picked up that ot was my transmission and I had been explaining to Germaine since the first visit that it was my transmission. They finally send me to performance only for performance to also ignore the transmission issue I was having. And they claimed they experienced the jerking I was telling them about. But they never actually said anything in the 3 times I've went to them about my transmission. They were finding issues that no one else even mentioned, because there wasn't an issue with those things. The only recent thing was the oil being over filled by 2qtz. They drained it, cause I told them I smelled oil. But draining oil didn't stop my car from cutting off, or stalling at lights when I come to a complete stop. Or my gears lagging when it should be shifting out. At one point I couldn't drive over 40mph , it also cut off on me on the freeway. I have came out of pocket for this and I have a warranty on this car. This has caused me so much stress financially, and germain hyundai nor performance seems concern about the conditions this car im in.
