Bought a 2024 Jeep Wrangler and at the time purchased the Opticoat (included in my down payment) which would have to be scheduled to be applied. Parked the Jeep in my garage for 2 weeks while trying to get it scheduled. Decided to forgo the Opticoat and contacted the finance employee who I delt with for a refund. He said he has never delt with a request like this and he would have to contact the finance office for guidance. After 7 more phone calls leaving messages for a return call, I called for the tenth time and spoke to the Finance Director and explained the situation. He emailed me a form to fill out for the Opticoat refund. I completed the form the same day and emailed it back. Didn't hear or receive anything for 9 days so I emailed the Finance Director inquiring about the refund status. He replied the next day stating refunds take 6-8 weeks. It has now been over 9 weeks and I still have not received a refund. I feel this is such BS and I am being strung along. I had reservations about this dealership from the reviews I read, but they had the Jeep I was looking for. Not only have they lost a loyal customer who would have had the Jeep regularly serviced there, but I cannot in good faith recommend anyone doing business at this dealership. Now going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office.Review from Mia H

Terrible service/parts department. I have taken my vehicle back to the dealership for the same issue twice… They charged me a arm and a leg for service they didn’t complete.. kept me out of my vehicle for over a week. I believe they intentionally do not service the cars properly to force you to buy a new one! They continuously attempt to put you in a new vehicle when your vehicle is being serviced… customer service is a joke… And MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED… 3 times to the dealership that I bought it from, and they do not know how to service/fix cars…Review from Ron C

Bought a 2023 Jeep Cherokee in September, 2023. Salesman ***** ******* told me if I filed my husband’s military paperwork that I would get a $500 military rebate. I filed the paperwork, ***** failed to file it. The rebate code expired. I had to refile the paperwork & gave it to ***** ******** this time. Again it has not been filed & the rebate company says they are waiting on the dealership to file the paperwork. The dealership refuses to do any follow up & I’m still out my $500. Totally unacceptable that they treat their military customers this way. The dealership has totally slacked on their responsibility to me.Review from Robert W

Bought a ford truck in April 2023. When I bought it I also bought a bumper to bumper warranty. Took the truck in to have the transmission looked at cause it was shifting hard. They had it for a week till they finally ran a diagnostic. Said they didn’t have the diagnostic tool to find the real problem but I had to pay $198 for the diagnostic that didn’t get me even halfway to solving the issueReview from william g

Had to give one star because there is no - 5 stars! Have had my truck here 2 times. Both times I was told a price for doing the job with any parts or extra work being an additional charge. Both time the price I was told was not what they charged instead it was more then double then the parts or extra work was added. Once they have your car they think it is ok to charge what ever they want and you have to pay to get your car back. I " will never ever bring my truck back to a place that will rip you off. If it is the only place to get the work done I will junk it first this is the reason I alway said dont take your car to a dealer should have listened to my own advice!!Review from Zach H

I bought a jeep October 2022. From the get go I had a bad turn signal light. Being it was aftermarket I had to wait for them to get the part in to fix. When it came time to fix they did the most shady job I have ever seen causing me to spend $300 to buy new fenders. As well I had an issue with the paint, which should have been covered by warranty. My salesman took pictures and I didn’t hear anything back for 6 months. The other day I get a call to schedule my oil service. I oblige, and mention the paint, still haven’t heard anything back by the way. When getting my oil changed today, they also changed the secondary battery for the auto start stop because the service light was on. I was told that my diagnostic fee would not be charged if I decided to do the work there, but surprise surprise, I still had to pay a fee for them to diagnose the problem, on top of the labor and parts to change the battery. Best of all, I still have a light on, and was told “don’t worry it will charge you can either drive it and bring it back if it doesn’t work, or leave it here and we will drive it” so being my only car I decided to take it and drive because I was told I could. I drive 13-14 miles back home, same thing the service light was still on. I called and asked to speak to a manager and when connected the only thing I was told was “you were told you could leave it here.” Do not buy a car from this dealership unless you like half rate work and poor customer service.Review from Taylor I

I went there on a Friday bought a vehicle and on the next day the car would not start. This vehicle was completely serviced the day I bought it. They told me they would send a tow truck that day that didnt show up until the next morning. They left me 31 weeks pregnant with no transportation. They wouldnt return my calls, hung up on me, and send me to random voicemail boxes. I finally got a ride out there for them to pretty much tell me how I was going to get to work that Monday wasnt their problem. After many phone calls later and being talked to like I was stupid. I told them I need to reverse my deal. They finally agreed I had to drive to this location 4 times in total before I ended up with the problem resolved. The vehicle I originally purchased from them had more problems then their service department found. I would not recommend buying from this company!! Rude and dont care about the out come of the people and families they are selling to long as they make money off of you!!! Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership!!
