I have purchase several items from this company even when they were still a part of Treasure Hunt. I have had very good experiences with them up until these 2 incidents. The first one I purchased was a Dollar General pallet. There was a couple good boxes and then there were 3 boxes filled with candy that was eaten by mice, covered in mice feces. I complained to the store through their Facebook site but no satisfactory response. The health concern with this bundle is clear with everything I had to throw out and which was unable to be used. My second complaint goes to my most recent purchase of a mystery bundle of 4 boxes. When I arrived to pick up my order the boxes I received and the boxes I bid on did not match. I brought this to the owner ******* ******s attention and was asked by him how much I paid for it, I responded with the dollar amount and was told that’s all you paid that’s all you get! I told him they clearly did not match what was in the picture and they had 2 different lot # on them that didn’t match mine. He finally said go get my stuff which was in my car and I will give you a refund. Then proceeded to tell me I was blocked from bidding again and to get out of his store. O asked for corporates number and was told he was corporate and again told to get out of his store. I left and tried calling the another number listed to find a corporate number to complain to and was told these were independently ran. I am hoping that the BBB will reach out and have this company put accurate pictures of the items people are bidding on and not give them what they want when customers arrive. I am also hoping that with my complaint no one else will have to be subjected to the unhealthy and disgusting products covered in mice feces as I did. I was offered a refund and received it for this recent bundle but not for the unsanitary one I purchased and complained about

Per conversation with ******* *****, consumer spent a little over $6 on a mystery bundle, which is 4 items without a description.  She never paid and never picked up.  This case is closed on their end.

[If you do not say why you are rejecting the company's response, BBB must close your complaint.]

I am rejecting this response because: I bid on the mystery based on the pictures shown on their auction website.  When I arrived I did pay for the items and when I was presented with items that did NOT match the ones I bid on I questioned about them.  I was told I paid $8 that’s what I get.  He gave me a refund as I refused the product he was offering and that is when I was told to get out of his dam store.  Again,  all he needs to do is put the exact pictures of items and produce the items he pictures to his customers.  Mystery boxes mean you don’t know what’s inside, it does not give the company a right to change the boxes that they show for purchase and to bid on.  I bid on what is shown not what he decides to hand you when you show up at his store.  I am attaching a picture of what I bid on.  When I arrived I was given 3 Christmas trees and something else, none of the boxes reflected the size or shape in the picture especially the top flat one. I feel this is a blatant form of misrepresentation of goods, it never said that the items may be substituted or box sizes are not accurate.
