            I cant believe ****************** allows this ophthalmologist to operate within the complex. We went here several visits when our boy was 3 to establish a new glasses prescription. The wait time EVERY VISIT was always 90+ minutes past appointment time; so we finally switched doctors for 3 yrs. Now, as our son is 6, we were referred back to Pediatric Ophthalmology at Columbus Childrens for another **************. I CANT BELIEVE THE EXPERIENCE WAS JUST AS AWFUL. 90 minute wait in a packed waiting room, only to get taken to the little waiting room and wait over an hour more!!! Who runs this circus?!?! Is there a governing agency for mismanaged schedules?? I cant begin to imagine this place operating the same way, every day, for the last 3 yrs
