On July 9, 2019, Adam Riley of Paving Solutions entered a consumer's backyard in Dublin, OH offering to seal the driveway with leftover material. The consumer posted "No Soliciting" sign on her property. She asked him to leave.
Paving Solutions originally came to BBB's attention in October 2016, when a consumer complained to BBB that after requesting cash payment when a job was done, they did not provide a paid invoice but sent an invoice indicating balance due and calls/texts for assistance were ignored.
BBB mail to the business has been returned by the US Post Office as undeliverable.

I paid them $3,000 (three thousand dollars) for paving work they never did. They wanted and insisted on up-front payment. This was surmmer 2019. My phone calls to them got an answer: "The COVID, we'll get to you as soon as we can". I was very patient and waited and waited. Now I understand they were involved in paving scams. I want my $3 000 back. I had the paving work done by another firm. Riley was the name on the company business card.
