      *****, took 1125$ to do termite and roach plus rodents. took the money and he never done anything , keep coming up with excuses, until he stopped texting . I used the guy before and he did work for me but now he didn't respond and took the money and didnt do anything.

      I was referred to Emmons Pest Control via Home Advisor spring of 2021. To extract bats in my attic. He informed me that we must wait until August to extract them as they would be migrating South as it was illegal to kill them. He came out August 15, installed a one way bath door (which he never came back to remove). He provided a one year guarantee. At the start of the season, May 2022, the bats came back (that meant he never really extracted them). I need him to correct the issue and provide the service I paid for ($1500). It is cost prohibitive to pay another company to do the same service he was paid to do. I have been trying to get him back to correct the issue for a few months now. After not initially responding, he finally sent me a message that he would be out to correct when the bats migrate in August. He never came back. After sending repeated messages , he told me his grandmother died (I hope he was telling me the truth). I offered condolences and advised I would wait until all was settled. A couple weeks go by and again do not hear from him so I send more messages. He finally responded and told me his mother died. I again offer my condolences and again patiently wait for him to get back with me. He finally gives me a date but never shows. I have sent several more messages and received no response. I need help to resolve.

      The business finally came out and advised they resolved it after numerous missed appointments.  I will not know if it has been resolved until next spring when the bats are expected to migrate back to Ohio
