I called them because my plumbing was backing up and coming up to the back of my house. I could see food and fecal matter. They came out on 4.28.23 . They said they snaked  out the drain. I told them in the past, I was able to see the water come up to the main drain. They were hitting the pipes really hard, and the floor was shaking. I got nervous. I told them the water is not coming out. I asked them to please check. The old man told me there was a lot of line going to the main drain. The city of Whitehall did some work and replaced the pipes, and I told him I had never heard of that. The old man was very mad. He walked to the corner to look at the main drain. The old man does not talk, he has an assistant who writes on paper for him. Eventually the water went down. I told them I would be calling if something happens, and they left. 

So my house, smells funny, my children and I have asthma and allergies. My boyfriend had a respiratory infection. Yesterday, a couple of friends of mine crawled under the house in the crawlspace, and said there is a lake of water. They took pictures of the broken pipe. 

I called Calhoun, and spoke to a woman who said they were not responsible. Then she transferred me to a man, who said he would talk to his guys and get their side of the story as his machines would not brake the pipes. I told him that I had tried to talk to his guys when they were there. I told him his guys told me there were two lines to the house. He said he couldn't believe his guys would say that.  

He was rude and hung up the phone.
