In July of 2017 we purchased a Kichler ceiling fan, along with other items, from Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery (*** ******* ******** ***** **** ************ ** ****** ************). I contacted Ferguson on June 27, 2022 to inform them that the fan was no longer working. They informed me that they would order me a replacement fan as the fan was still under warranty. I have reproduced my email correspondence with Ferguson under supporting documents. Despite the emails and phone calls to various people at Ferguson, we have not received the promised replacement fan, or an explanation for why this fan has not been forthcoming. As we are entering the summer season when the fan is most needed, and can no longer wait for a replacement, I am purchasing a replacement on my own, and seek either a refund or a store credit from Ferguson as compensation.Business response

I have spoken with the wife of ****** and agreed to issue them a credit via check for the current cost of the fixture they are referencing as we don't have record from 2017. The credit reference number in the Ferguson system is ********. Checks take 6-8 weeks to issue and arrive to customers.Customer response

I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. I anticipate receiving a check for $250 in 6-8 weeks.
