Dirty, outdated, mostly rude nurses and PCAs who roll their eyes when you ask for anything. PCAs telling each other to "control your people," like we were animals. "Spiritual Wellness Group" which was a Christian pastor talking about how climate change is fake. No windows in the common areas. Inconsistent rules: I wasn't allowed to keep my toiletries in my room, but my roommate was allowed to keep hers. I was also given a plastic bag to take in my room multiple times, which seemed pretty irresponsible. The whole experience was incredibly dehumanizing. Luckily, the psychiatrist was pretty good, as were the therapists. I've been to ****** ******* in the past, which was very helpful, but I left Columbus Springs East today traumatized. This place is a joke. I voluntarily walked into Columbus Springs in December 2021, and was greeted by the front staff who seemed inconvenienced that i was there. I was taken back by a Social Worker, where i was proceeded to go through an intake assessment to see what program would be best for me. At the end of my assessment, i was told that i would receive a call from the Columbus Springs ************ location to start my outpatient treatment. A few days passed, never heard anything. I had called the ************ location twice, where they offered for me to leave a message to the head of the department at the location, where i still never received a call back. Come March 2022, i still have yet to hear anything from Columbus Springs. Good thing i wasnt a huge risk to myself or others, this could be a major issue. Find somewhere else to go for treatment!Review from Nancy C

Appointment is made, you wait 2-3 hours past that time and are told you must understand Payment is required prior to treatment beginning and told this is the $ amount for the entire treatment, only to receive additional bills months after that. Call to question the additional bills and you are told someone will contact you within 45 days. Ninety days later you call again and are waiting to speak for the next available at this time the request from 90 days is escalated. One month later no communication. The staff in general is indifferent and uncaring which is the opposite of the commercials and the website This is a for profit business that is really not interested in the person in crisis or the family that is in crisis with that person. I am hoping the treatment is much better than the customer service.
