Rockford gets their windows supplied through ***. They install MI windows. This product is junk. It has so many defects. The windows leak cold air through all corners. There is now topping this air from coming in. Rockford told me to call *** as they were their supplier and *** came and caulked the windows which id nothing. The window is energy star rated because of the special gas the use between the panes but what's the point do that if the window leaks air from the outside.Review from Robert B

My concrete ribbon and sidewalk are falling apart, less than a year after moving in. I had several concrete companies out to look at it and they all said there is no way it should look like that (I've sealed it twice). They said the pitting, holes, chipping, and spalling were not normal at all. Rockford will not stand behind it even though it was very clearly installed poorly. Very disappointed. It will cost me $4,000 to resurface the sidewalk and ribbon. I reached out to see if Rockford would at least split it. No response.Review from Nicole H

We signed first week of March 2021 finally getting our home September 9th 2022 and still have quite a list to be completed. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!Review from James D

I'm currently in the process of building a home with Rockford homes. Buyer beware of the complete dates that they provide you. Or beware if they don't provide you with a complete date at all. The communication during the first 11 months has been non-existant. Highly disappointed and don't want to hear about covid and supply chain issues when I see other builders knocking homes out.Review from ISABEL L

They want a slow, frustrating process and a terrible experience come to this company. The worst decision to choose them for the construction of my house, they do not have enough workers, months go by without progress in the construction, they do not care about the clients and the closing dates that they tell you in the signing of the contract are not true. Run out of here!
