              I do not appreciate these unruly children knocking on my door and ringing my doorbell at all hours of the night and day, trying to sell pop chips and candy that they do not have on hand. When I try to say 'no, thank you,' the children hastily imply, 'Well, we’re gonna be selling fish dinners next,' which is a disgrace and an abomination. These children are not supervised by adults. If your office staff took the time to answer the telephone, I wouldn’t have to contact you online. I’m elderly and diabetic, and I don’t have time for all these shenanigans. You need to take the time to listen to your residents. Several people in the community are sick and tired of these children parading around the hallways, littering trash, candy, garbage, throwing fruit peels and pizza slices all over the parking lot, and throwing stones all over the place, damaging cars and breaking doors and mini blinds throughout the community. While Wheatland Crossing is worried about nonsensical things like mini blind replacement, the management needs to be worried about who they’re moving into these properties. I still don’t understand why there are eight people in a two-bedroom apartment; something doesn’t seem right about that.

              My daughter lived in these apartments a little over three years before she passed away. 1 May this apartment complex has intimidated her along with several other residents inspections one to two times a week for the longest couldn’t keep the lawn maintained. My daughter was disabled on Dialysis she was threatened of having to have her house completely, clean or being evicted along with several other residents that my daughter witnessed been talked about my granddaughter was outside playing, and the police pulled up with **** in hand after someone on the run from the police. My daughter was sitting outside and it scared them to death after my daughter passed away in the apartment after a note was left on her door the previous evening With a mandatory inspection of her apartment. The apartment complex owners refused to refund her damage deposit after she passed away. They raised her rent while she was here so many things….. Please beware before you think of raining an apartment here
