Our firm, ******* ** *** ******* * ********* ******* ** ********** ** contracted with JB9 Solutions, a recruiting firm on June 27, 2022, to assist us in filling a position we have for a funeral director. Over 90 days have gone by and they've yet to provide us with a single candidate to interview. Our main point of contact from the beginning has been Todd M******* although I did receive one email from Joy B******. Our last communication received from her was on September 2. Todd's last communication with us was on August 18. Since then, we have had no further contact. Neither one of them are responding to our emails or phone calls at this point. Per the terms of our contract, we are eligible for a refund of the $4200 that was paid to them up front. We sent them a registered letter requesting a refund and received no response. On a side note, I did some investigating on my own and found out that the references Todd provided us prior to hiring JB9 were fake. I can provide copies of email communications if needed.
