Every time I've ordered online from the business location in Short North I was never able to pick up my order full order. The first time this occurred, a food item was missing from my order. The company told me they would reimburse me and they did after my third time visit to the cafe to inquire about my reimbursement. The second and third issues I've had was when I placed an online order, my card was charged for everything I ordered, and the business was closed despite it being normal business hours, the online app allowed me to process my order, and my card was charged. They have no information on their website for me to contact a corporate to communicate with and I couldn't talk to the manager of the cafe location because they were closed. I understand that there may be staffing issues due to COVID, but at least turn off the online ordering and not charge my card? The picture I attached is only the most recent order-issue and I unfortunately have no proof of them being closed today without warning from the online app.
