      I have been a consistent customer of **********************, particularly the 7227 N. High location in *********** and location off *******. Today I may no longer be a customer. I stopped by the *********** location to grab my family and I dinner( family of six) and the type of service, the type of negative energy amongst the staff and the rudeness directed towards me was completely uncalled for. There was no steak when it was my turn to order and was told it would take 10 minutes to cook. The staff was complaining to the senior chef ******* that they asked the cook 10 minutes ago to cook more. The cook seem Extremely agitated, the Senior Chef was being a little aggressive towards him with her words and body language. Meanwhile, I am waiting patiently to order my food. Twenty minutes later, my food still isn't prepared. There were 5-6 people working. Once I went to order my food, I was being treated like I was wrong for ordering steak, like I was a problem. Once I went to pay, I asked the Senior Chef ******* if there was any way to compensate me for waiting twenty five minutes patiently, with my family in the vehicle waiting as well. Her reply was, "absolutely not"! I was taken back because I was not expecting that type of response from a person in her position, especially considering the situation. I even asked her, "do you feel like that's how a customer is supposed to be treated"? Her reply was, "the kids meal comes with a drink"! Very rude and disrespectful, I will never bring my business back to that location nor recommend anyone to ever eat there! 6:45pm is when I walked in 7:09pm is when I walked out and $81.67 spent, food taste like it was undercooked and overcooked noddles.

      I visited the Parma, OH, location on 01/25/2024 at around 3:10ish. For context, I usually order for pickup anywhere as much as I can nowadays because the customer service I experience is not what it used to be. On this particular occasion, I happened to have to go inside to order for my mother because Doordash does not let you add customizations to most pasta bowls I guess. So I had her on the phone with me so I could order exactly what she wanted. She already told me the order before walking in, however, I do not order pasta from Piada EVER. I always order a power bowl, so I wouldn't know to tell the employee a type of pasta. So I get to the counter and order a small basil pesto bowl. Then he says what pasta? So, I just asked my mom "what pasta? And she took two, maybe three seconds to reply, and that made the employee so annoyed. I said to him "Sorry I'm ordering for someone" and then literally he gestured his hand up and proceeded to shake his head for the rest of halfway through the order before I walked out. This was in total maybe a 1 and a half to 2 minute interaction starting at the time to open the door. I made sure there was no one behind when ordering so I didn't hold up a line. (but there was no one but people already eating in the building.) That was not a great experience for me to say the least. I wouldn't treat someone that way, and I have worked in retail before, I know it's annoying yes but still unacceptable behavior. I then had to go to Panera Bread next door to get her something she didn't even really want. They have to do better than this.*

      I experienced one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Blatantly ignored for 8 minutes, then I was told my order was being started and wasn’t - continued taking other customer’s orders until everyone in line had came on gone as I’m still waiting on my mobile order. Employees rolling their eyes, bickering with each other, just honestly the atmosphere made me uncomfortable. Finally got my food 16 minutes past the pick-up time take it home and the order was wrong!! Missing side items, missing toppings, completely disappointed in the food and service and upsetting as Piada is normally a comfort food for me now I’m hesitate to go back.

      I was discriminated against at the E Main Street location. There were two supervisors present when the cashier rung me up for the wrong price for my side of calamari and rung me up for two. I asked about it and she asked if had ordered two sides I said just the one, then she again quoted the same price, and when asked again the supervisor agreed I was being charged the correct amount. Rather than hold the line up any further I then asked to order a drink and have it mixed. She then argued that they didn’t do that, when I asked to speak to management they were both standing there running the line. The one took over while the cashier stated she wasn’t gonna deal with this today. She then proceeded to describe the situation loudly with the other supervisor while they held up the line for service. I told the manager that if she didn’t have customer service experience she shouldn’t be working the front and that I could still hear here disrespectful comments while standing there. He then refused to serve me or my son and told us to leave

      Would have given this a ZERO rating if I could have! We wanted to try something new for dinner so I placed an online order and picked up at 6:45 PM at the Grove City location. I ordered a BLT Piada wrap, Pepperoni Piada Stick and pasta with Alfredo sauce on 6/11/2023. The wrap had literally NO BACON inside of it just tons of lettuce and ranch or whatever sauce they put on it ( I didnt eat it without the bacon so unsure what sauce was), the pasta had little to NO sauce leaving it dry as a bone and the pepperoni stick had LITERALLY 3 pieces of pepperoni in it. I called but no one answered the phone there. I am seeking a FULL refund for this horrible food and frustrated that they dont answer the phone so I can let them know the issue. I do not want a food voucher for future use. I wont be going back.

      YOUR STAFF IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! THE GIRL WHO PLACED MY ORDER PUT THE WRONG MEAT ON ONE OF THE BOWLS AND I TOLD HER POLITELY “HEY YOU ACCIDENTALLY PUT THE WRONG MEAT ON THAT ONE”. SHE PROCEEDS TO TAKE THE MUSHROOMS AND ZUCHINI OFF OF THE OTHER BOWL AND ADDS IT TO THE BOWL SHE MESSED UP! WELL FOR ONE THAT IS CROSS CONTAMINATION AND FOR TWO THERE WAS AN ALLERGY TO ZUCCHINI!! MY SISTER POLITELY ASKED HER TO THROW THAT BOWL AWAY AND REMAKE AS SHE SHOULD HAVE INITIALLY DONE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. AFTER BEING ASKED SHE THREW THE BOWL OF PASTA TO THE BACK AND PASTA WENT EVERYWHERE. WE THEN ASKED HER NAME AND SHE SAID “***” WITH AN ATTITUDE AND ASKED US “WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? AGGRESSIVELY LIKE SHE WANTED TO ATTACK US WE FELT LIKE OUR LIVES WERE ENDANGERED!! THEN AS WE ARE MOVING DOWN THE LINE SHE KEPT TALKING ANS SAYING STUFF TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!! THEN WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO BOTH MANAGERS AND THEY COMPLETELY DISREGARDED OUR CONCERNS AND TOLD US OUR TOTAL!! THEY GAVE US HER NAME WHICH IS ******* . SHE NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! AS A PROFESSIONAL THIS HAS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. I’VE NEVER EXPERIENCED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS!!!!!!! I WILL BE LEAVING THIS REVIEW ON GOOGLE!!

      We had a horrible experience last night, manager was sick in from of **, asking us to bare with him, he was bent over, he was coughing, and seemed very annoyed that people were still walking in at 9:30 pm, I understood he was sick, but maybe he should have gone home, why be sick around customers, co-workers and the food, I was a bit scared, he was portraying he had covid symptoms, he was not sanitizing the places he touched, I am calling the health department, that's how bad it was, and I want a full refund, I paid *****

      staff did not want to give us that much food in our pasta bowl.Food was low and we were rushed out of store. Ask twice to get mushrooms Sauteed and never was done. Haven't been to this location in a long-time. Last time we came having mushrooms sauteed was never an issue. This store needs to be investigated for customer service asap! ********* **** location.

      I tried to find contact information on the owner *********************, no where to be found. I just left his *********** SouthHills ** location. March 4, 2022 was there from 1:30pm to approximately 2:15pm We sat in the dining room and noticed two small children, one fast asleep approximate ages of 4 or 5 sitting without any parents for the 45 minutes we were there. I approached the manager and asked him if he knew anything about the children in the dining room without parents. He said he knew. (Obviously by the look he gave the female employee, they must have been her kids) ANYONE could have taken those kids and their employees could have cared less. I hope you have video tape of the dining area because we were not the only people to notice this. I will never go back to this restaurant and I will MAKE everyone I know stays away from this establishment.
