Super rude customer service. Ordered ahead on the app and allowed additional time for them to prep my order just to arrive with my order not even started! Manager or supervisor there didn't acknowlege or apologize for the delay.Review from Lorenzo G

I love white castle. I had grew up on white castle in Indiana and I enjoy the flavor of each burger quenching my mouth. The chicken ring made me want to marry that meat. Also, those mozzarella stick kept sticking to my soul. Now, I move to Katy Texas near Houston Texas ??and I wish they were down here to show all the other franchise that real burger come in small packages. Love You W.C!!!!Review from Johnathn M

Im making a complaint about the White Castle on Broadway ** I was waiting in line for about 20 mins and when I get to the window they say it was closed, bad business , this was like 3:30am I will never eat at White Castle again bad customer service and they laughed at me when I said I will do a review. I worked for this company in March 2021 and these people were very mental abusive. The team leader were very condescending towards staff. Gaslighting to the point that had to buy an recorder because they were taking my words and mixing. I had to go back in therapy because of the mental abuse. I really needed a job so I put up with poor treatment. I asked to speak to their District manager ** at first I thought It was a misunderstanding that can easy be resolved. I was told I was trying to come into the job and change every. The location is on ************ in Brooklyn. The manager was ****. It was sad to see poor behavior from a Women who stated she was ********** They had me climbing on ladders and cleaning walls.Review from Bryan R

I showed up and was told to wait 30 minutes because they could not take any orders, I waited in the parking lot for 2 minutes and another car came up to the intercom and got to order immediately, so I calmly walked up to the car and asked if I was correct about them being allowed to order immediately, they told me yes. So I'd really just like to let the hiring managers know that if you hire people who dont or cant do their job or dont want to do it correctly will unfortunately ruin the business, I was just told a lie and had to step out of line to wait and watch another car get their order taken when I was rightfully next and waitint, and why was I even told to wait in the parking lot for *********************************************************** the first place if that was never true? Seems like a big waste of time and deep inconsideration for the customer, highly disappointed with this experience and the sad thing is its like that at most white castles in louisville, the employees just act like they can do whatever they want, its good food but no one is going to want to return with this type of surface unfortunately, thanks for listening I guess.
