I ordered glasses from the Easton Pearle Vision on 2/17/24, and I still don’t have them. I went in once when I was told they were ready, but the lenses were wrong. ***** even tried to argue with me about it, saying they were the right ones, but a quick look at the originals showed her her own mistake. I was told they’d be ready in a week after that. Then nothing. Then I got survey in my email and I failed it with my dissatisfaction comments. ***** finally called me, only in response to the survey, and said she would call the ray ban rep. That was on 4/5/24. I called back and left a voicemail, however I still haven’t heard anything more. I got another survey, which I failed again so I expect a call from ***** with some lame excuse. As of this complaint, I have not heard back from this business.Business response

On 5/7/24, ***** left voicemails with the patient, explaining that the lab was unable to meet the specifications of the patient's order. On 5/10/24, the patient opted to be refunded for his order. The refund was processed by the manager on duty, and this complaint has been marked as closed.Customer response

I had a routine eye exam and also ordered contact lenses on 12/19/2022. I used my insurance and received my once annual discount on the order and was told I'd receive a phone call when the contacts arrived.
I've never received a phone call and when I was able to stop by the store I was told the order hadn't arrive (this was after waiting for a month).
I have since attempted to contact the store on multiple occasions and have yet to get through to a sales associate. I've left multiple voicemails asking for someone to return my call to resolve the issue with no luck.
An additional issue is that the store hours on the website don't match what's listed in the voicemail or on the printed sign on the front door.
Ultimately, I'd like the contacts I ordered months ago and a copy of my prescription so I can order elsewhere in the future.
