            On February 22nd 2022, BBB checked the website https://syroofingpaving.wixsite.com/syroofingandpaving to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The website was created on 05/08/2012  and was updated on 05/09/2021 and is registered in Phoenix, AZ. The website appears to use stock photos to represent its work.
            BBB left three voicemails for them, as of  3/3/2022 BBB has not heard back from the business.

            I hired S&Y Roofing to repair my roof. After the supposed repair My roof but it is still leaking. I call them & not one calls me back. S&Y Roofing used a third party Company ***** **** **** **** to do the work supposedly. I have an invoice from them. But ***** **** **** **** Co no nothing about doing my work. I paid him $800 to S&Y Roofing. I want my $800 back. Credit Card Co already paid it out. I need to get another Business to come out & do the repair now. It is worse now.

            I hired Ohio Leak Stoppers (owned by ****** *********) to do a gutter repair and chimney tuck pointing. He arrived in a PaveTech truck but said it was his second company (besides the Ohio Leak Stoppers company that I originally hired to do my work). He had to reschedule my first appt because of a flat tire, then I had to follow up repeatedly to get a quote/date to repair the gutter. He and his worker worked on the gutter report and only did 1/2 the chimney job and ran out of the materials and said they would be back the next day. I contacted him the very next day because the gutter was still leaking profusely. He returned by call 4 days later stating his Father had a massive heart-attack. On Jan. 25, '24, He said he would complete the job and repair the gutter "within a few days". He has made multiple excuses thus far and still a no-show. It is 2/15/24 posting this complaint. He failed to show up yesterday as he had promised.
