    BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints concerning:
    1. Failure to Complete Work: Customers state business received payment, but no work was completed.

    2. Lack of Communication: Customers state lack of response to inquiries about when work would start. Request for refunds for work not performed go unanswered.

    BBB informed the company of these issues in writing on May 3, 2023, and July 27, 2023. The business has not responded.  On February 21, 2024, BBB conducted another file review and found in addition to the reported issues listed above, the business has stopped responding to BBB.  On July 1, 2024, BBB files indicated issues are still present.  Notification was sent to the business via mail and email.

      On 8/11/2022 we entered in a contract for roofing repairs. There have been many delays with promises that the job would be completed. Now the company is not answering their phones or returning phone calls.

      I paid Liberty Restoration to replace our roof in the fall of 2022, and they cashed the checks from our insurance company (without me endorsing them) and said they couldn’t do the roof until Spring of 2023. In the Spring they said they had to send crews to Texas for emergency roof repairs, and would get to us in a few months. I have called, emailed, and now hiring an attorney because they have still not come to do our roof and have not responded to any communication. PLEASE HELP!

      We initially met with a company in February 2023 and had design plans drawn up and signed off on to start work in late April early May 2023. We went several months with minimal contact despite frequent follow up by us and during that time, got very delayed or no answers. the timeline continued to be pushed out. In the interim not only has no work been done, but the company has lost its better business bureau rating, which was “A” at the time of signing a contract. We no longer believe any services will be delivered and have no confidence if they were delivered that the company would still be in business to honor any warranties after that. We are requesting our deposit/down payment back.

      We were approached by Walter S**** who worked for Liberty Restoration at the time, to get a full roof replacement in 1-2022. For two years we went back and forth with Walter S****, Liberty Restoration and ***** **** in regards to the roof replacement. Once approved we got the check from ***** **** for $3,598.37 signed it over, and placed it in Walter S****'s hands. After that I had to call literally every week to check on the status of the repair. I spoke with Josh B******* via phone and email who gave me dates of 5/2023 and 6/2023 of when they would start. As of yet nothing has been done! I called and went by the Houston office to find it closed since 5/2023 and this is after I talked to Walter S**** and Josh B******** Neither one told me the Houston office is closing or that Walter S**** is not an active employee. I contacted a lawyer who sent correspondence to Josh Basinger with no response. I would like my deposit back of $3,598.37.

      This company stole our 3400.00. We paid a deposit for a roof and they did zero work. The company will not answer phone calls and emails are bouncing back undeliverable.

      I engaged in a contract and financing for residential siding work last October (2022). The contract stated that the work would be done spring of 2023. I have reached out to Christopher H***** *** ** ****** *****) via Phone and Email - multiple times, contacted the company directly, and have not received a single response to any inquiry. I have spoken to a couple lawyers but have not contracted on as of yet. I want the contract dissolved along with the financing agreement so I can work with a company that is response and I can trust. I have zero trust in this organization. Their BBB rating has dropped (I think they were delisted) and have seen many of the same complaints recently.

      I contracted with Liberty Restoration to repair my roof from tree damage. After paying the deposit, i repeated asked for next steps in which no response was given. After repeated attempts to engage, I requested them to cancel the installation and return the deposit. I have talked with this team 4 times in which they advised they would return the deposit. Each time was a different excuse as to why I have not received the refund, and now with my latest attempt they are not answering the phone or responding to voicemail. I have tried reaching out to multiple offices, but unfortunately, it seems to goto the same voicemail system. Apart from an attorney, i'm unsure what direction I should go next.

      In September of 2022 we signed a contract with this company to replace our roof we gave all the insurance money to this company amounting to 10,000 for a roof replacement, After that we never got calls or anything found out Walter the employee we were dealing with was fired and the Houston office was getting shut down. After numerous calls and emails we kept getting told it would be done it is now August 25,2023. We have called for almost a year straight no answers sent e-mails nothing! We cannot get ahold of anyone! We would like our money back.

      I ordered a sliding patio door replacement last March of 2023 from a company representative named Shannon H******. I was told it may take 4 to 6 weeks for the order to be filled, at which time they would contact me and schedule installation. Their terms were were half down in advance, which came to $1931.00. I paid it with my credit card online . Simply, door never came, I have contacted them many, many times, and spoken to many, many people. Shannon H****** finally stated that there would be no door, I have attempted to get my money refunded, they have agreed to do so, and it hasn't happened. I want my $1931.00 back!!!

      Roof replacement. Invoice was paid in full. Weeks later, Liberty Restoration made an adjustment and sent a 2nd invoice, then contacted my insurance company and requested more money. Insurance company then issued a check to me. Within 7 days of receiving the check Liberty Restoration filed a lien on my house and charged an additional $850 "lien filing" fee. I left a message with Angela notifying her that I had received a check from State Farm and sent the check to be endorsed by my mortgage company. No returned phone call. Only an emailed invoice stating a lien was place on my residence. Requesting a refund of $850 and details of the additional costs above and beyond the original invoice. Requesting a full redaction from my credit report.
