      Got a great deal on unit salesman was awesome. But then one week later I get a call stating that I still owe them $2400 for payoff on my trade in cause they accounted for my old warrenty return to be going straight to them. After being told that I would receive the money once I cancel it. Waitied one week for the manager to return my call on this issue. I ended up eating the cost of their mistake which was actually $1800. Couldnt believe it took that long for a manager to reach out. Was also promised that they were gonna order a remote for the fireplace on the unit I purchased from them since it was missing during my walk thru. I am now being told they wont purchase one since it was a used unit. Also while I was at the dealer paying the $1800 for their mistake I over heard another customer was upset on the same issue. I love my unit but wasnt happy with the customer service

      Hello Eric, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very sorry that your experience here at Greenlawn RV wasn't a 5 star review. You were a friend of one of our sales reps so I advised our sales rep that he could sell you a unit at cost to help you out. We explained to you that since you were doing your own financing that you would be responsible for supplying us a 10- Day payoff from your current lender. You sent the sales rep a payoff amount from your lender that was short $2400.00 because you accounted for a service contract that you were in the process of cancelling with RCD and we explained to you more than once that cancellation won't affect your payoff as the cancellations take up to 60-90 days to process and they will mail you a check. When we went to pay off your unit your credit union advised us the payoff was short but still would not supply us with a payoff amount, they would only supply it to you directly. I called you and we spoke about this. We advised you to go to your current lender to increase the loan amount to cover the correct payoff. We also advised you that you could bring us in the money to cover the payoff if you didn't want to do that. You went back and forth with us for over a week trying to figure out how you wanted to pay for this unit. At no time did it take us a week or more to get back to you, that time frame was waiting on you to figure out how you wanted to payoff this amount still owed on your trade-in. We also advised you that we would allow you to bring your unit back and pick up your trade in if you couldn't cover the costs of it. I spoke to you on a Thursday and you called back that Thursday and spoke to your sales rep and stated you wanted to keep the unit and that you would bring the funds in the following day. You showed up here the next day on Friday to pay off the balance and you told me that you were struggling to come up with the money. I took an additional $600.00 out of the deal to help you out and you apologized to us multiple times for the error. I also advised you that your trade in had a bad refrigerator that we didn't catch because, as I stated earlier, you were a friend of one of our sales reps so we assumed the way you represented your trade would be accurate. It cost us $2,600.00 to replace a refrigerator in your unit that you knew was bad and we never brought it up again, we ate that money. We ate $2,600.00 on the bad refrigerator, we ate $600.00 on your payoff mistake, we ate $200.00 to help you with a hitch, and we waited 2 weeks to even receive your trade in keys. I understand you wanted a $24.00 remote but we feel that we gave enough on this deal to make it work for you and your family that you could pay for the remote if you wanted it. I advised you on two occasions that the remote was between you and your sales rep, you needed to speak to him. At no time did it ever take me a week to call you back. Also, when you came in to pay your $1800.00 you were literally the only customer here at that time so I have no idea what you are referring to when you say another customer was mad when you were here.
