      I paid them $400 and never received any leads at all. Nobody is returning my phone calls either. They pretty much just ran with my money

      Unfortunately I was excited to purchase leads from this company because they had been blowing up my phone trying to convince me to subscribe to their lead generation service however, I never received a single lead or any live transfer calls. The business falsely advertised what they would do and when I requested to cancel the service and a refund they ceased all communication with me and the rep who signed me up named ********* suddenly stopped taking my calls. I requested to cancel and refund a $550 but no response since 06/14/2022. Also, my original email to "The Sales Floor" is attached below. ***ORIGINAL EMAIL*** Hello The Sales Floor Associates,Unfortunately, it has been over a week since I emailed your company. Additionally, I've made several previous phone calls and emails that have gone unanswered. As I stated in my previous email, we have not received any leads or support for our substantial investment of $550 with you company. Therefore, we are questing a full refund for the $550.00 that we paid to your company. If we do not receive a full refund (or a pro-rated refund at the very least) within 72 hours, we will be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for taking the time to read this email and we look forward to hearing from you.

      I subscribe to a lead generation service and never received a single lead or any live transfer calls. The business falsely advertised what they would do and when I requested to cancel the service and a refund they ceased all communication with me. I requested to cancel and refund a $550 reoccurring charge on May 4 it is now June 25 and they are charging me again

      I received multiple unsolicited calls and emails from ****** at The Sales Floor trying to get me to sign up for their services. I was told for $395 per month The Sales Floor when send targeted emails to local homeowners requesting they call The Sales Floor for insurance quotes and when they did they'd be transferred to my office so we could provide them with quotes. I was told repeatedly that upon the end of the 30 days I would receive an Excel sheet listing the recipients of the emails, their contact information, and further details (including whether or not they opened the email, etc.) After nearly 30 days I had not received one live transfer call so I reached out via email as instructed to cancel. The cancellation was processed one day after my 30 days and so I was billed again. I responded to the email requesting the refund since I had made my request 5 business days prior to the end of my 30 day window and asking about the list of recipients I had not yet received. I did receive a refund, but no client list. I sent a total of 3 more emails to ****** directly and to the Customer Service email but never received a response or a customer list. I was told initially by ****** the only reason State Farm doesn't endorse them is because they only solicit homeowners and so they cannot guarantee volume, but I now know State Farm doesn't endorse them because of these deceptive practices. I was lied to and didn't get the services I had paid for and my attempts at resolution have been ignored.

      I was approached by a very aggressive sales person and agreed to sign up for their lead generation services for the month of October. I was told that i would not be automatically charged and i was given a special rate for just that month of $350. Again, I verified that i would not be auto charged each month. On October 18th I received confirmation that my campaign was live. by October 25th I still had not received even one lead and reached out. The month I signed up for, I did not receive even one lead, let alone what they promised. However, I was ok losing the $350 as I know I took the risk signing up with them. Come November, I was automatically charged again. I left a voicemail but nobody ever returned by call. I reached out via email and received a response 4 days later confirming that they would refund me and I should see this in 5-7 days. this was on November 16th. As of today, December 9th I still have not received a refund. I reached out again to them on December 5th and still have yet to get a response. I would just like a refund for the month that they did not provide a service, charged me without my consent and that they have already promised they would refund. I do have e-mail proof of everything mentioned.

      I signed up with The Sales Floor on 9/15/2021. It was agreed upon that it was a 1 month trial. The cost was $300 for 1 month of service, no recurring billing. I worked with ****** ***** who guaranteed an awful lot that was ultimately a bold faced lie. I was charged $300 on 9/15/2021, then again an additional $300 on 10/15/2021 which was not what was agreed upon. I was guaranteed at least 20 live transfer calls in the month of October. ****** also guaranteed that he would "cover his cost in 1 month". He also said The Sales Floor prefers to "Under promise and over deliver" which I thought was bold to say after saying guarantee 20 times. Well they did the exact opposite. They took $600 from me and I have not gotten a single thing from The Sales Floor. Not one single live transfer, not one email, nothing. I have contacted both their "support" team and ****** ***** directly with emails and voicemails, no one will respond to me. I asked for my $300 back that was wrongfully charged to my credit card on 10/15/2021, again no response. The Sales Floor has taken my money, given me nothing in return, and has avoided all contact since. No attempt to make things right.

      The Sales Floor provides absolutely no services. They claim to provide live leads generated by emails sent to potential customers. I signed up in July, my last contact with them was July 30, it's now October 20th. They have not responded to calls or emails, they continue to bill my credit card, the phone numbers they provided are disconnected, the "request for information" section of their website kicks back saying it's not a real email address. When I was able to log into my "account" I can't make any changes, remove my credit card, or see any "work" they've done on my behalf. By October my account showed as canceled or closed but they continued billing my credit card. I assumed that meant they really were closed since the phones were disconnected, but upon disputing it with my credit card company, someone from The Sales Floor responded and provided only the July emails- none of the "please respond, please call me back, is this company still open?" email's I'd sent from Aug-Oct. SCAM
