They have poor customer service. I read their add on ******** and I commented that I was interested. Immediately they contacted me and asked how soon did I anticipate, that I wanted to purchase shutters for my windows? I indicated that I could not do anything until December. They were quite pushy about wanting to send a representative out to my home to take measurements and get me a proposal. Finally I agreed. A representative came out and measured and gave me a proposal. I messaged the representative after I talked it over with my sister, whom I share my house with, snd I told him that I would like to go forth in December. The representative text me back snd said that the prices are going up in December so I would have to pay by November 29. Now I feel this has been a waste of my time snd definitely poor business. I clearly stated from the beginning that December was when I could purchase. Ive kept all of my correspondences and I made it clear. They should of quoted me Decembers prices, rather than push me into consultation and then increase the price on me. I feel that they should of honored the price that they quoted me. This is absolutely poor/ bad business.

We then informed you that this new pricing would be going into effect on 12/1/21. Our written estimates are always valid for 14 days - as noted at the top of your written proposal. Because we source all our products through Louver Shop, we must adhere to manufacturer retail pricing. As you may have heard, costs for virtually all manufactured goods are increasing as demand for raw materials, shipping and labor have skyrocketed this past year. While we understand you may have wanted to start your order in December, we are unable to extend our price quote beyond 11/30/21 (already beyond the 14 days noted on your proposal).We are sorry that this unexpected price increase will not allow you to complete your purchase with us and that it does not work with your timeline.
