I ordered at tacpack on October 4th, a week later my order still said pending. I tried multiple times to contact this company to find out what the deal is via emails and all my emails would be kicked back. I also called the company but it says not a working number. I then canceled my order on the 12th of October. As of today October 28th my order still says processing. I have no contact with this company.Business response

Per instruction on our website and on the order receipt this customer should have received, your first months order ships the month AFTER sign up for the monthly tacpack.
So, a sign up anytime in October would result in the November box as your first box you receive. That is why the order was pending.
If his emails were bouncing, perhaps try a different type of browser. Browsers like duck duck GO often bounce emails sent to us, but things like safari, firefox, google chrome etc. work just fine.

We will happily fully refund this customers order if that is their wish, otherwise there box will ship out early/mid November and tracking information would be emailed to them at that time.
