I purchased a grinder from AM Smoke Shop approximately 10 days ago. I returned today to the smoke shop just six minutes ago to ask for an exchange on the item I had purchased because it had broken. The tall gentleman behind the counter immediately got an attitude with me and stated to me that this is not Walmart or large corporate business. He said it’s a small business and the items are cheap so if it breaks, for me to just buy another one. He flat out refused to exchange my broken item. I asked if he was the owner and he said no, his cousin is. (Probably the guy who sold me the items) I am a returning customer to this business. Sometimes I’m inside of the smoke shop two or three times a week. I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received today and I am more disappointed that the company is not going to stand behind the product in which they are selling. I spent roughly $15 on an item that broke in less than 10 days. While still in the store, I was going to still purchase another item of the same which had broken for me until the associate kept running his mouth! I mean really? After the associate told me he wasn’t going to do anything for me I was still going to buy another item and he kept running his mouth! Telling me if it’s such a problem don’t shop here and don’t buy our products. Now that I will not tolerate from anyone not even the president. I came into the business I made my complaint he told me he wasn’t going to take care of it I decided to buy another item and he kept harping on the situation which in return pissed me off and now I will not be purchasing any items from this location. Which to me is really upsetting because the other guy who works in there I always have good conversations with him we always talk he knows I’m a good customer.
