              After several phone calls with the owner of SmokersHaven (link redacted) ****** Chheda, over the last three years, he agreed to evaluate my smoking pipe collection and send me a check for his evaluation. (His website says he will evaluate them - see (link redacted) I packaged them up and sent them via UPS for ($77.69) on July 6, 2023. After numerous phone calls I did get an answer by ****** on 8/1/23 that they were on his desk and he would get to them soon. More phone calls to him without answer until September 8, 2023 when he called me and said he would send me a check for $966.00 for the complete collection. I agreed to that amount. Since that time I have received nothing and have sent emails asking for the check or to return my collection. I get no response with phone calls going to voicemail or by email. Per his policy statement, I would like him to send me the check for the amount we agreed on ($966.00) or return my entire collection (picture attached).
