I had my car towed from this company for a flat tire. After they got to my home the driver jacked my car up so high on the back of the bed of the truck with the back end of the car touching the ground. he walked around and pulled on the tire multiple times before snapping the ball joint. I have it on video of this taking place. The company agreed to pick up the car to be looked at. The driver they sent to get the car to take it to the company was great. He was nice and very professional. I showed him the video of the first driver and the damage that was done to my car. He agreed with me and said the man was unexperienced. It is clear as day on the video the damage is done by the first driver. I called the company for a follow up and was told I needed to talk to the cfo of the company. After she refused to take any responsibility or giving me an email address so I could send the video of the driver damaging my car. I asked to talk to her boss. She laughed at me and told me she was the only person I could talk to. I asked her if she was the owner and told her I would be recording the call. She hung up on me. I called the company back a man answered the phone I asked him for the name of the owner. The man put me on hold. A few seconds later he picked up the phone and told me he could not give me that information. I informed the man I was be filing a complaint with the bbb he hung up on me.

The individual filing the complaint may need to understand 2 Brothers Towing & Recovery does not subscribe to BBB nor have any concern about the complaint so in short this will be the only response to the complaint.
Plenty of time and energy has been wasted on this individual and if we respond to her again it will involve a civil suit for defamation through the Franklin County Courts for an unspecified amount. Unlike AAA we will drag you to court and make you pay for any attempt to wrongfully and willfully defaming or disparage our company name. My advice GO AWAY!

Review for the BBB themselves, first the complainant attempted to file against AAA Ohio Auto Club who jumped through hoops to attempt to resolve this complaint with an investigation on the claim. The AAA investigation found that the vehicle was wrecked or damaged prior to the AAA call. The AAA call for a tire change? How exactly did the tire get a 4" tear through the side wall, rim damaged, front-end damage, and inner wheel well damage? As picture evidence will show taken upon inspection. What transpired for claimant to call AAA stating she had a flat tire when clearly the vehicle damage speaks volumes itself upon inspection. Are we to believe the vehicle just sat and damaged its tire, rim front bumper and inner fender well/ liner? The tire and rim the complainant is claiming needed to change was impacted against a curb or other object causing the old ball joint to separate. Once again pictures will be provided to show the vehicle conditions. After the investigation was concluded in good faith this individual was offered a severely discounted repair to attempt to resolve the matter amicably yet declined. Furthermore, what the complainant fails to understand is that any trained service technician can explain why her front tires are worn severely on the shoulders. The cause is amazingly simple old worn-out ball joints cause the tire to wear into their condition. Curiously enough the same old worn-out ball joint and damage is still the problem. Now for an untrained individual who thought she just hit a curb and or got flat tire and called AAA it might be hard to grasp or understand these facts. (OOPS that is right the tire just damaged itself sitting right?) So, in short once again after multi attempts to explain this issue (THE OWNER) drove this vehicle with bad ball joint and/or damaged parts then either stuck or hit something to cause this failure OR just drove the vehicle to its point of failure. Now she may contends the wrecker company broke the ball joint and or did damage while attempting to roll the vehicle forward onto a flatbed while in neutral gear. There are only two things that we can conclude since honesty is completely out the WINDOW! Either it was wrecked into something, or the ball joint and other components just failed from age, use and abuse! Bottom line for the untrained of facts person Ball joints do not separate, tires blow for a reason, rims and body damage are clear and visible prior to towing. Even if the vehicle tires were locked and in park and it was dragged onto the bed, they do not fail like that unless (UNLESS) they were already broken and or severely compromised. The story the complainant has made does not add up and trained professionals know better. What does seem strikingly obvious, and reeks of fraud, is that the complainant took great measures to document pictures and film the towing operators performing their duties to a fault. You can clearly see in the following picture provided under attachment number.

Please see all attached photo's the damaged areas of the vehicle and a ball joint that is pulled out of socket and spindle mount. For the ball joint to separate or come out like this the vehicle would have to be stuck extremely hard while rising into the air several inches so that the tire no longer was in contact with the road service. That is the only way the ball joint itself can be received into the spindle knuckle. The complaint made is completely and totally busted because it would be impossible to do under any of the present conditions.

I am rejecting this response because:

like I’ve stated multiple times I have a video of the driver pulling on the tire and breaking the ball joint. The Ohio attorney general office has been contacted per the bbb Advice I’ll be more than happy to see this company in court. They can not continue to treat customers with such unprofessional manor. Please sent me a email address I can sent the video to bc it is not letting me upload on here
