I was VERY impressed with the responsive timeliness of this company. I decided to let the estimator give me a quote after he approached my house due to the dead tree in the yard ( he was working on other trees in the area and I was waiting on other estimates anyway). I then proceeded to research the company since I didn't make the initial inquiry. I then contacted the owner who explained everything and addressed my concerns. I even verified that the company provided workers comp for their staff, has insurance, and is licensed in Ohio to do business (wasn't willing to hire under the table for this type work). The company arrived on time (arrival is half the battle these days), and got right to work. They removed a very large maple tree from my yard, with care and attention to the power lines and my neighbor's property, also extremely important to me. Their quote was excellent in comparison to the 10 other companies I called (who didn't have availability for several weeks). They were knowledgeable, professional in their work and clean up and courteous. Also explained about my options for a second tree trimming also. Would not hesitate to contact them again! Highly recommend so glad I gave them the job!
