On November 22 i purchased a car from K&T auto sales. When I went in a looked at is and ask to test drive it i was already a little concerned, they did not ask to see my id nor proof of insurance. When we were working on the financing i was told that my first payment was due on the 13 of January. later discovered it was due on the 3rd on January. on January 20th i received a phone call from the salesman's "friend" stating that they came and got my car and wanted the keys. the next day me and my dad went up to the dealership and he tried to pay it off and they told him he could only have cash and that they could not run debit. at this time, we asked where my car was because needed to get my wallet and some other personal belongs out of it I was told that I could not know where it was until it was paid off. Mind you this happened on a Saturday and banks were closed so we could not get the cash that day. they gave us a deadline of Monday January 23 to get it paid or I would not be able to access the car or any of the things inside. After doing our own investigation we located he car on a lot across town and were able to only retrieve my wallet due to no help from the dealership nor the impound lot that it was located on.
