They shipped my motorcycle from pawtucket rhode island to las vegas, when they came to pick the bike up there was 2 men, none of which spoke english. I had the bike outside ready to go, the bike had 240 miles on it, it was brand new, the 2 of them were standing there looking at the bike, like they didn't know what to do, so I asked if they wanted me to put it in the trailer, and 1 of them shook his head yes, so I put it on the trailer and asked if they were all set, and again 1 of them shook his head yes, that was April 27th. Timecritical express calls me May 1st and asks if I can take the bike that night, and I said yes, the driver shows up around 7,30-8pm, he opens the trailer and starts taking the ties off it, and I'm looking at it and it is covered in dirt, and on top of that it wouldn't start the battery was dead, so I refused delivery of the bike and told him to fix it, he gets his dispatcher on the phone and told me when he unloaded a vehicle it was raining and that was why my bike was covered in dirt. The next day May 2nd the dispatcher calls me and says that the bike was supposed to be in transport mode and that is why the battery is dead, so I said that is news to me, you are the transport company this is what you do for a living and your supposed to be professionals, he said it was my fault, and if I didn't pay them and pay for the new battery out of my pocket he would put the bike in a garage and leave it there until I paid, I told him I don't like being threatened. So it cost me $321.62 for the battery and 70 dollars in **** fares to go back and forth to the dealership, because it wasn't going to be ready until the following day. Now below you want to know how much I paid them, The broker was ****** **** ******** out of Del Ray Beach Florida, I paid them 409.00 and then Timecritical express I paid 750.00 as far as I'm concerned they are both liable. And on top of that they didn't deliver it to me because I had to go to the dealership to get the bike.
